    Father arrested in death of 3-month-old
    A 21-year-old man has been jailed in the death last March of his three-month-old daughter, who an expert concluded suffered extensive head injuries over a period of weeks. The baby, Naomi Jones, was unresponsive when she was rushed to the hospital March 3. She died three days later. At the time, her father said she had tumbled off a sofa onto a tile floor three days earlier – on Feb. 29 – but that she was crying afterward and seemed fine, according to a copy of the child's autopsy report...

    Boulder magnet company fined $5.5M

    A Boulder magnet company was fined $5.5 million by the U.S. Justice Dept. for selling magnets that had been recalled.


    Disability groups sue Red Rocks

    A coalition of local disability-rights advocacy groups filed a class action lawsuit on behalf of six disabled Coloradoans, alleging the city of Denver is discriminating against them. The suit filed Thursday in Colorado’s U.S. District Court alleges the city is denying people who use wheel chairs meaningful access to the state’s favorite concert venue- Red Rocks.

    Lone Tree police said the mother found dead inside the family minivan with her two sons Wednesday morning, died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
